Sent out four queries for Reunion Day yesterday and got a request for a partial today.

Got an invite to submit the full of Reunion Day to Joshua Bilmes at JABberwocky.  Good news.  He's also Ms. Kat Richardson's agent.

RD is also in (full) with Eleanor Wood at Spectrum, so we'll see.  Maybe I can start an agent bidding war for my services?

Yeah, doubt it.  But still, very good news!

RD is currently out to seven agents (queries) and an editor at a major publisher (full MS).  I plan on adding to that total in a few weeks with a trip to the Willamette Writer's Conference in Portland, where I plan on pitching to another agent and another major editor.  I will also be attending PNWC here in Seattle, but I consider that to be a ( Read more... )

Reunion Day is now out to five agents and one editor following my email query today.  Most are seeking a legit look at the book, 50 pages plus a synopsis.  My synop runs to almost 11 pages.
